| Mr. Yang graduated from Communications System Department of Nanking Telecommunication Institute , which is one of the most famous universities in China, and majored in Telecom engineering in 1982. |

After graduation in 1982, Mr. Yang worked as section deputy-chief and vice General Manager in the Engineering Section of Long-Distance Connection Bureau, Sichuan Province. Additionally, as a senior engineer, he successively took on the tasks of optical-fiber communications system design, local phone communications system design and construction management, etc. President Yang also committed himself to the research and development of optical-fiber access attenuation. |

In the year of 1996, Mr. Yang heqing founded Chengdu Sanbo Electronics Co. Ltd. and assumed the occupation of general manager. Leading Sanbo staff, President Yang successfully developed series of patented communication products and gains good comments from users. President Yang had been to United States and Japan many times to learn their advanced technology, thus are abundant with theoretic and experience in his technological career. |
